All our prizes are delivered worldwide for free. Once you’ve bought a ticket you don’t have to worry about anything else – we will never ask you to pay anything extra.
Deliveries are made by a number of different carriers and services depending on where the prize is being sent to and whether or not the prize is being shipped directly from a retailer.
For international deliveries you may be required to pay customs & duties charges for delivery to your country from the UK. These will be based on the full retail value of the product but are not charged by us. If these apply, you will be contacted by the carrier directly to arrange payment.
Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred to any other item(s). Refunds will be processed automatically if a listing is cancelled. If you would like a refund for an entry to a draw that has not yet taken place please contact us.
Items that have been won cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged, it must be signed for as damaged in order for a replacement to be arranged.
